Police have charged a Birmingham man with manslaughter in the shooting death of his brother.
Charged is Marvin Davis, 53, of Birmingham for the Oct. 30 shooting of Nathaniel Davis, 48. The shooting resulted from an altercation at Nathaniel Davis’ birthday party. Davis was pronounced dead Thursday from a gunshot to the head.
Williams said Marvin Davis has posted bail and was released from custody.
