AUBURN, Alabama — Four suspects will charged with armed robbery for a heist at a bank in Auburn.
Police Chief Tommy Dawson told The Opelika-Auburn News that the robbery happened Saturday at CharterBank.
He said police chased the suspects onto Interstate 85. Dawson said officers were able to forcibly end the chase on a local road. They recovered several weapons and stolen cash.
Three of the suspects are from St. Louis, Mo. A fourth was from Virginia. Authorities did not immediately release their names.
