Author: HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — Someone robbed a Family Dollar Store on Winchester Road at gunpoint late Saturday, police said.
The cashier at the store, 2512 Winchester Road, was in the process of closing at 10:10 p.m. when someone pointed a handgun at her, demanding the store’s money, police said.
The offender took the money and left through the back door of the business, police said, but the cashier was not injured. No arrests have been made and the Huntsville Police Department is investigating.
