HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — Six people, including five juveniles, were arrested late Monday after police say they broke into Johnson High School.
Shortly after 11 p.m., Huntsville City Schools personnel called police and said surveillance cameras showed six people inside of the high school located in the 6200 block of Pueblo Drive. Police arrived and set up a perimeter around the school.
Around 11:30 p.m., all six people ran out of the school from different exits, but all were caught by police. Five juveniles were arrested along with 18-year-old Anthony Sumlin.
Sumlin was charged with third-degree burglary and is being held in the Madison County Jail. Police didn’t release information on the five underage people arrested.
