HUNTSVILLE, AL — The Huntsville teen arrested in a fatal car wreck in May has bonded out of jail.

And, he is also being sued.

According to court records, Isaac Holdsambeck, 19, was released this afternoon from the Madison County Detention Center on $75,000 bond, a day after he was charged with reckless murder and three counts of assault.

Muhammad Fulladi, 16, was a passenger in a Ford F-250 driven by Holdsambeck and died June 16 from injuries in the wreck. He had been in a coma since the May 2 crash which also injured Bryan Burkett, 18; Justin Gantt, 18; and Thomas Sanders, 17.

Court records also show that Sanders has filed a lawsuit against Holdsambeck. The suit, filed in May, lists Holdsambeck and others as defendants.
