Author: HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open a second Huntsville location on Monday at 2230 Cecil Ashburn Drive.
“The south side of Huntsville is growing and Jones Valley has become a destination for dining and shopping,” said owner Mark League in a release. “Many of the local residents have been asking us for years to open a new location in this neighborhood, and I could not think of a better time.”
Mellow Mushroom’s menu features pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones and appetizers, and vegetarian and vegan options and gluten-free crust is also available.
The restaurant’s hours will be Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and Sundays from 12-9 p.m.
The new Mellow Mushroom will feature a Beer Club, with select, member-only rewards.
Another restaurant is in the Village of Providence.
