MOBILE, Alabama — A McIntosh man is out of jail today after he was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, according to Mobile County Metro Jail records.
Carlton Stinson, 51, was arrested Tuesday for an incident that occurred April 29, Mobile police said today in a news release. The incident involved a female victim under the age of 18 that was known to Stinson, police said.
Stinson was released from metro jail Tuesday night with bail set at $3,000, according to jail records. He is scheduled for a June 21 court appearance, according to records. Jail records show he has a previous arrest in Mobile County for drug possession.
