Author: MOBILE, Alabama — A man wounded during a shooting at Dawes and Johnson roads earlier this evening has died of his injuries, Officer Christopher Levy, police spokesman, said.
The shooting occurred about 5 p.m., Levy said. The victim was taken to Providence Hospital where he later died, he said.
Police have not released the victim’s name or the details surrounding the shooting. The shooting occurred in west Mobile, south of Cottage Hill Road and east of McFarland Road.
