BAY COUNTY, Fla. — According to a Bay County, Fla., Sheriff’s Office incident report, a woman found with her car littered with marijuana and with her minor daughter as a passenger told police she “has a drug problem,” but that “marijuana should be legalized like it is everywhere else.”
The News Herald of Panama City, Fla., also reports that Paula Suzanne Aull, 43, of Wewahitchka, told the authorities who stopped her for driving with a suspended license that the scale in her car was to make sure “people didn’t rip her off.”
The search of Aull’s Mercury Cougar also uncovered a pill crusher with marijuana residue, and two baggies containing a total of 24.3 grams of marijuana, the report said.
