Carson James Sumpter, age 17, of Birmingham, passed away on July 12, 2011. He was a student of Pelham High School, a member of the Drumline, and member of Westwood Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Westwood Baptist Church, Alabaster, July 14, 2011 at 6:00pm. In lieu of flowers family request donations to the Children’s Hospital in memory of Carson Sumpter.
