Author: U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-New York) today admitted to and apologized for Tweeting a lewd photograph to a woman who is not his wife, Huma Abedin, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
An emotional Weiner held a press conference where he said he has no plans to resign from office and said he made “terrible mistakes that have hurt the people I care about the most.”
The New York congressman said he has engaged in several inappropriate conversations via social media with women before and during his marriage.
Blogger Andrew Breitbart posted Weiner’s leaked photos today.
The congressman initially said he did not Tweet the photos and that his account had been hacked.
