SPANISH FORT, Alabama — A Wayside Drive resident has three more weeks to remove remaining junk vehicles from his property. The City Council on Monday introduced an ordinance ordering the cleanup. City officials said they have been trying for five years to get the property owner, William Stanford, to remove the nuisance, and were encouraged by recent steps to get rid of the junk.
