Author: Police have surrounded a Grand Rapids, Mich., neighborhood in pursuit of suspect Rodrick Dantzler, who is wanted in seven shooting deaths.
Grand Rapids Police Chief Kevin Belk confirms that two of the seven are children.
Around 9:15 p.m. ET, the suspect released a 53-year-old woman, one of two hostages he is currently holding at a home. Police report Dantzler is threatening to commit suicide.
