Three people have been found alive in the basement of a house in Concord, where they had been trapped since a tornado struck the area on Wednesday, according to the Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency.
No details were available on their conditions, said Mark Kelly with the county EMA. The agency got word of the rescue about 30 minutes ago, he said.
