Author: GUNTERSVILLE, Alabama — A woman was injured at Lake Guntersville Sunday after falling from a bluff into the water.
Sue Anne Tucker hit her head when she fell 25 feet into the Tennessee River around the Honeycomb area near Guntersville Sunday afternoon, emergency officials said.
She was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital and was listed in serious condition, according to a Huntsville Hospital spokeswoman. She was still being treated in the emergency room late Sunday evening.
